We produce ultra fine size from 0.01mm to 1.0mm by process of electrical melting over 2,500 degree Centigrade.
As they solidify, they develop a homogeneous and highly cohesive structure.
It consists of a Crystallized Zirconia network surrounded by a uniformly distributed Slica Phase and gives the beads a high Mechanical Strength and a very smooth Surface.
